The Republican Women in Coos County will hold their monthly meeting from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at the Lucky Star restaurant, 3480 Tremont Ave., North Bend. For more information,  e-mail fran_holland@charter.net.

An Inoka support group is held from noon to 1:30 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 795 Franklin Ave., in Bandon. There is an initial charge of $10 for books and materials. The support group is sponsored by the Women’s Safety & Resource Center. For more information about the support group call the facilitator, Stephanie, 888-1048.

Pinochle players will gather at 1:30 p.m., Mondays and Thursdays at the Bay Area Senior Center, on the corner of Fourth Street and Ingersoll Avenue.

Bridge lessons will be offered from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.  at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 400 Highland Ave., in Coos Bay.

The Coquille Valley Elks will meet at 5:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month at the lodge, located at 54942 Maple Heights Road, in Coquille.

THE NORTH BEND SENIOR CENTER’S luncheon program is available to everyone, not just seniors. Buffet-style meals are available from 11:45 a.m. until everyone is served, Mondays through Fridays. Meals cost $5 and monthly menus are available. For more information, call 756-7622.

VIETNAM VETERANS OF AMERICA, Chapter 799, will meet at 7 p.m. in room 208A, the  Southwestern Oregon Veterans Outreach Office in Pony Village. For more information, those interested can call Mike at 290-8680.

Bridge players will gather at 12:30 p.m. at the North Bend Senior Center, Mondays and Wednesdays, 1470 Airport Lane. For more information, call 756-7622.
