Friday, August 08, 2008 |
Police arrested two North Bend boys they considered suspects in possible vehicle break-ins this morning, but they didn’t charge them related to the crimes.
At 12:41 a.m. at 2511 Grant St., North Bend police took a teenage boy into custody for carrying a concealed weapon and curfew violation. He was sent to the Coos County juvenile detention center.
Officers also apprehended a second suspect on a curfew violation and released him to a parent. A North Bend Police department spokeswoman said the suspects are 17 and 16 years old.
