All our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Edrik. They were my neighbors, and raised four of the finest boys I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We love you and and may God bind your wounds.

Edrik was a very fun person to be around. He always made me laugh. I remember going to gay 90s and hanging out with him there and never forget the fourth of July at the beach when we sat around in a incense circle and talked about the world and politics. I will miss you Edrik.. and all the crazy bear pictures you would post on my myspace.

When I heard this news it broke my heart. My husband and I had Edrick in confirmation classes and he was just exceptional. What a great job his parents did with him and his brothers. My heart aches for this good family.

I went to school with Edrik and two of his brothers, and rode the bus with all four of them when we were younger. They lived down the road from me. All of them are good men, and I feel terrible that this has happened to such a caring and wonderful person. He will be missed by so many.
