Come on, McCain; you can do better

The commentary, The Political War of the Web Worlds by Steve and Cokie Roberts puts light on the Internet’s fickle fame phenomena. Water cooler gossip and recreational malignant share the same worldwide stage as constructive and cooperative efforts. Within cyber-shadows, cowardly bullies hide behind the anonymity of a user name to taunt, tease and terrorize.
John McCain is not a coward — far from it. John McCain does not stalk behind a user name’s shielding cloak. But, unfortunately, John McCain’s recent behavior does not square with my image of him as a no-nonsense statesman. His campaign has started playing in the cesspool. The latest mock, Obama Love, was slick, low-side innuendo Internet. When asked about the appropriateness of this piece in a presidential campaign, John McCain said it was just some of us guys having a bit of fun.
Bullies say things like that.
When you are running behind you don’t have to show your behind.
John McCain, if you are reading this article, please return to your straight talk and statesman-like integrity. You are better than this.
