The questions should read: Should the people of Coos County, through property taxes, pay $5 per year and receive five shares each for the citizens railroad of Coos County, as noted on our tax bills, with unlimited shares at $1 each to all participating shippers suing the rails or rail system? Include our CEDCO partners who could build a siding and platform to accommodate a self-sustained dining car to make the trip toward Eugene once a week, to start near the RV park.
