The two work for the Coos Bay Parks Department and are cleaning up the boardwalk railing in preparation for a fresh coat of paint. While they had the pressure washer, they cleaned the 25 white flagpoles that fly the flags of the United States and other countries from around the world that have sent cargo ships to Coos Bay.
