The Coos County Master Gardeners will have a plant clinic and garden talks at the Coos County Fair  Tuesday through Saturday with garden talks starting at 2 p.m.

Sets in Order Square and Round Dance Club will dance at 6 p.m. on the main stage dance floor at the Coos County Fair in Myrtle Point, with Coleeta Quigley calling and Denise Harris cueing the rounds.

Coos Chapter Eastern Star and North Bend Masonic Lodge will host bingo at 6:45 p.m. Tuesdays at the Masonic Center, 2002 Union Ave., North Bend. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Concessions will be available. There will be cash prizes, including $300 for a Blackout game. All adults are welcome. Sea Breeze Chorus will hold rehearsals at 6:30 p.m Tuesdays at the First United Methodist Church, 123 Ocean Blvd., in Coos Bay. For more information, call Elaine at 759-2339.

Everyone At the Table will provide low-income families with dinners from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at Bandon First Presbyterian Church, 592 Edison Ave. Donations for E.A.T.  For more information, call Allison Hundley at 347-3500.

Blood pressure tests will be offered from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the North Bend Senior Center, 1470 Airport Lane. For more information,  call 756-7622.

The Far West Lapidary & Gem Society, a nonprofit club helping the study of lapidary, mineralogy, geology and the locating and preserving of mineral specimens, will meet at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at Faith Lutheran Church, 2711 Sherman Ave., in North Bend. The public is welcome to attend.

The Hutchinson-Rempelos Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3182 will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at the grange hall on East Bay Drive in Glasgow. The Lower Umpqua Senior Center, 460 Winchester Ave., in Reedsport, hosts a dance with live music on the third Tuesday of every month, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Dances will include the fox trot, cha cha, line dance and more.

TOPS OR No. 300 will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesdays at the First Christian Church, 2420 Sherman Ave., in North Bend. Weigh-in will begin at 8 and the meeting starts at 9:30. TOPS is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals control weight through education, awareness and support. For more information, call Bobbie Hibbert at 756-4481.

TOPS No. 114, North Bend, will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesdays at the Church of Christ, just off Broadway on Alder Ridge Road. TOPS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to losing weight sensibly. For more information, call 267-2965 or 266-0547.

Tuesday Bingo at Coos Bay Eagles No. 538  will begin at 6:30 p.m. The lodge is located at 568 S. Second St., Coos Bay. For more information, call 267-6613.

Point Man Ministries, an outreach group for local veterans, active-duty personnel and families since 1988, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesdays at Sobers, 181 Anderson Ave., in Coos Bay. For more information, call Mike Harris at 267-4755 or e-mail mekong152@charter.net.

THE NORTH BEND SENIOR CENTER’S luncheon program is available to everyone, not just seniors. Buffet-style meals are available from 11:30 a.m. until everyone is served, Mondays through Fridays. Meals cost $5 and monthly menus are available, at 1470 Airport Lane. For more information, call 756-7622.

The Coquille Valley Elks will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesdays, at the lodge, 54942 Maple Heights Road, in Coquille. Dinner is served from 5 to 7 p.m., and initiation is held generally during the meeting on the last Tuesday of the month .
