PORTLAND (AP) — Police arrested a Portland man accused of selling some of the 3,700 scratch-off lottery tickets that were stolen from a Rockaway Beach convenience store last summer.
The Oregon State Police said 50-year-old Lawrence Temple was arrested Tuesday after detectives served a search warrant at his home. He has been lodged in the Multnomah County Jail on 49 counts of theft by receiving.
Temple has not been charged in the burglary itself. |
