An old fashioned Bucket Brigade contest was held to see which team could move the most water from the tub to the barrel. Firefighters from around the region joined together for the Southwestern Oregon Firefighter Games 2008 at North Bay School soccer field on June 26.  Hauser Fire District provided the barbecues to feed the firefighters and their families. Fire Agencies that participated included the Coos Forest Protective Association, Greenacres Fire, Hauser Fire, Millington Fire, Myrtle Point Fire, and North Bay Fire. -Contributed photo
