On Monday, Coquille and Myrtle Point Rotarians transported 6,202 pounds of food from the South Coast Food Share in Coos Bay to the food bank in Powers. Coquille and Myrtle Point Rotary Clubs received a district simplified grant from District 5110 to help fill the food bank at Powers. Each club contributed $1,500 and with the grant of $2,000 the project was able to put $5,000 worth of food on the shelves.-Contributed Photo
