Relay teams raise $104,000

Cancer survivors lead the first lap around the track at Sunset Middle School Saturday afternoon at the start of the 14th annual Relay for Life. Forty teams spent the weekend doing laps on the track to benefit the American Cancer Society. More than $104,000 was raised during the two-day event, said event co-chairwoman Kim Davidson. The Sause Bros. Ocean & Towing team led the way with $18,403 in contributions.-World Photo by Lou Sennick
