I am curious to know besides picking up the pace with patient care, are they retraining the current staff to be nicer and more compassionate towards the heros who served this nation. Because there are a few people who work there that I feel need a lesson in customer service. They are people who have never served either so I feel that they need this grooming bigtime. You all know who you are and the Vets who go to that clinic in Bandon know who I am reffering to. If the VA wants to make the service better for Vets at that Clinic, Stop hiring non-veterans to those jobs and start placing Vets who are seeking the jobs because they know how to relate to Vets and the issues that they all face.
