Works by Bandon artist Dove DoVale are on display through June at Bandon Artist Supply, 175 Second St., including the above oil on canvas, titled “Taughannock Falls/Cascadilla Creek, Ithaca, New York.”

DoVale started drawing and painting as a young boy and has continued throughout his life. He studied art at Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y., and Ithaca College in London. He painted and sold work in New York before moving to Marin County, Calif., and eventually to Bandon.

He is now working on a new series called  “Watersongs” and a few new projects.-Contributed Art
