Class will prepare new home buyers

Southern Oregon Coast Housing Opportunities Provider will present a home buying education class for Coos County area residents on July 12 in North Bend.
The eight-hour class is designed to help the new home buyers prepare for home ownership. Teachers at the ABC’s of home buying education class will walk participants through the home buying process. Each participant will learn about the housing decisions, financial preparation, mortgages, shopping for a home, closing a loan and protecting ones investment.
Participants also will be able to learn how to get closing cost money in grants with the DreamSavers Program.
Pre-registration is required by July 1. For more information, call Valorie Rose at 267-6505.
