The Pony Village Mall and the Zonta Club of Coos Bay will host a free fashion show and benefit for Jane’s House at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Pony Village Mall, 1611 Pony Village Mall in North Bend.

While admission is free, the club will sell yellow balloons filled with coupons, gift certificates and valuable prizes. Balloons will be available for $2 each or three for $5. All proceeds will go to the renovation, decoration and purchase of much-needed items for Jane’s House. Visitors also can donate to the organization and purchase a personal belongings basket for Jane’s House residents for $15.

The fashion show will feature summer fashions from JCPenney’s, Macys and Maurice’s, modeled by the Zonta Club new members committee and guest models.

Circuit court judge and fellow Zontian Paula Bechtold will emcee the event.

Jane’s House is a newly acquired Women’s Safety and Resource home in North Bend. The home will provide additional support and transition housing to Coos County women, mothers and their children in need.
