Bad drivers cause high rates (and crooked insurance companies). Uninsured drivers are pretty low on the totem pole.

So - did HE steel the truck? I see he was not charged with steeling... just being a bum and driving without insurance - one of the many reasons why us hard working people who pay our insurance have such high rates - THANKS.
