Coos Bay book sale this weekend

The Friends of the Coos Bay Public Library Book Sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, in the Myrtlewood and Cedar rooms at the library, 525 W. Anderson Ave. There will be a member’s presale at 9 a.m. Saturday. Memberships will be available at the door.
Most books cost 25 cents each or five for one dollar. On Sunday only, all books in the Myrtlewood Room will be $1 per bag, and all books in the Cedar Room will be $5 per bag.
All sale proceeds are used to meet special needs for the library, and to bring quality programs to the library for children and adults.
