South Coast readers often have different preferences in reading material than those in other parts of the state and United States. Here are the top-five sellers this week at Winter River Books in Bandon, according to owner Johnna Hickox:
“New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle continues as a bestseller offering spiritual solutions to personal and universal conflicts.
“Oregon’s Greatest Natural Disasters” by William Sullivan is the latest offering from one of Oregon’s leading natural historians.
“Coos County” by Lise Hull is a fascinating collection of historical photos depicting our area’s history.
“Julia’s Chocolates” by Cathy Lamb is this Oregon author’s debut novel about love, friendship and chocolate.
“Gallop” by Rufus Butler Seder is a scanimation picture book with “moving” pictures delighting kids of all ages.
