Barack Obama wants to raise the capital gains tax rate, and he does this under the pretext of spreading the misery!
He said "It's not fair that some of these corporate chieftains only pay 15% on their capital gains and a lot of Americans are paying more. Their secretaries are paying more. It's not fair! It's not fair! So we're going to raise rates on capital gains."
He acknowledges it will reduce revenue, but says, "It is more fair."
It is going to harm the very people that he wants to help, and those are the people who are employed by rich people!

In capitalist systems, society is ruled by individuals. Who would want to live any other way?
If you like the government to own everthing that is a socialist system, society is ruled by the state.
Why would one want to live like that?
Well my answer is not many folks, especially those "war on terror" senators.
Even if BO gets to be Prez, he won't get anything accomplished with his liberal agenda.
