Stuntzner team wins soccer tournament

Stuntzner Engineering won the season ending tournament for fifth- and sixth-graders in the Boys & Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon’s spring soccer program.
The squad, from Millicoma Intermediate School, beat TNT Market (Millicoma) in the championship game. Gould Law Firm PC (Reedsport) finished third, with Norm Hill Financial (Millicoma) fourth and Tsunami Pups (Lighthouse School) fifth.
Sportsmanship Awards
Bay Area Sportsman’s Association sportsmanship and official awards for Boys &Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon spring soccer games played on April 26.
Sportsmanship Awards
First Grade: Dave’s Pizza (North Bend A), coached by Chris Messner.
Second Grade: Thomas & Sons (Reedsport), coached by Granma and Barbara Edel.
Third Grade: Bright Minds (Hillcrest A), coached by Jason Blyth.
Fourth Grade: Huggins Insurance (Bunker Hill KG), coached by Kathie Garnett.
Officials Awards
Professional: Camille Deming. Hustle: Michael Hoover.
