Sharon Backues of North Bend is the Artist of the Month for March at the North Bend Public Library. Her watercolor paintings exhibit, “Simple Pleasures,” is on display in the conference room of the library at 1800 Sherman Ave., and includes this painting “Sand Dollars.”
