Oregon’s largest private foundation — the Meyer Memorial Trust — plans to hold a series of community meetings on the South Coast next month.
It’s part of an effort to increase its outreach efforts to help nonprofit organizations better understand the foundation and recent changes in it programs.
South Coast meetings have been scheduled at the following times and locations:
Tuesday, April 1

Meyer Memorial Trust has approximately $720 million in assets and expects to award more than $32 million in grants to nonprofit organizations in Oregon and Clark County, Wash., this year. For more information, those interested can visit the Web site at
