The following meetings and activities are scheduled Tuesday on the South Coast.
The Bandon Play Readers Group meets at 4 p.m. at a member’s home. Newcomers are welcome. Those interested can call Vivian Connolly at 347-5215 for more information, a meeting time and directions.
TOPS OR No. 300 will meet at 9 a.m. at the First Christian Church, 2420 Sherman Ave., in North Bend. Weigh-in will begin at 8 a.m. and the meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. TOPS is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals control weight through education, awareness and support.
Blood pressure tests will be offered from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the North Bend Senior Center, 1470 Airport Lane. For more information, those interested can call 756-7622.
Bridge players will gather at 12:30 p.m. at the North Bend Senior Center, 1470 Airport Lane. For more information, those interested can call 756-7622.
Everyone At the Table will provide low-income families with dinner from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Bandon First Presbyterian Church, 592 Edison Ave. Donations for E.A.T. are appreciated. For more information, those interested can call Allison Hundley at 347-3500.

The Hutchinson-Rempelos Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3182 will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the grange hall on East Bay Drive in Glasgow. The post’s ladies auxiliary will meet at the same time. Sea Breeze Chorus will hold rehearsals at 6:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 123 Ocean Blvd., in Coos Bay. Women of all ages who enjoy singing are invited to attend the rehearsals to learn about the barbershop style of four-part harmony. For more information, those interested can call Elaine at 759-2339.
A hepatitis C support group will meet at 6:30 p.m. at South Coast Hospice, 1620 Thompson Road, Coos Bay. More than half of the people infected with HCV do not know they have it. Anonymity is respected at the meetings. For more information, those interested can call 269-2986.
The Far West Lapidary & Gem Society, a nonprofit club helping the study of lapidary, mineralogy, geology and the locating and preserving of mineral specimens, will meet at 7 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 2711 Sherman Ave., in North Bend.
The American Rhododendron Society Siuslaw Chapter will offer guidelines and tips on how to enter a winning truss or spray in a rhododendron show during its meeting at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of the Siuslaw, 3996 Highway 101 North, Florence (just south of Bi-Mart).
