Lighthouse School to hold Orientation Meeting

The Lighthouse School will hold an Orientation Meeting for all new parents who wish to enroll their children. for the 2008-2009 school year. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, at The Lighthouse School, 93670 Viking Lane. Kindergarten will have space available, and officials anticipate there will be some openings in grades 1-8 as well. The Lighthouse School is a public charter school with small class sizes and an emphasis on integration of the arts, music and foreign language into the curriculum, a press release said. All new parents who wish to enroll their child must attend an orientation meeting, and complete paperwork. For more information, those interested can call the school at 751-1649.
