SCAT swimmers advance to championships

The South Coast Aquatic Team will send four swimmers to this week’s 10-and-under state championships in Springfield.
Matthew Perry, Alyssa Monohon, Nathan Monohon and Kayla Sparkman have qualified for the event and will compete at Willamalane Pool. Justin Pallo also qualified, but will not be making the trip.
The team has one swimmer in the 11-to-14 championships next weekend in Corvallis, Kevin Waller.
The team practices at NorthBend Municipal Pool.
