The following are events, activities and meeting scheduled on the South Coast on Friday.

A free basic computer workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Coos Bay Public Library’s Cedar Room, 525 W. Anderson Ave. No registration needed. Free, anonymous HIV testing will be offered at Port Orford: from noon to 2 p.m. at the Curry County Human Services Building, 1403 U.S. Highway 101; in Brookings from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Curry County Human Services Building, 517 Railroad St.; and in Gold Beach from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Health Department building, 94235 Moore St.

Grandparents ROCK (Raising Our Children’s Kids) will resume the ongoing monthly support group at 5:30 p.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church, 2741 Sherman Ave., North Bend. Don van Dyke will cast the play “Snow White and the Dwarfs.” Pizza will be available at the meeting and participants will share in the cost. The South Coast Singles Club potluck dinner will be held at 6 p.m. in the Social Room at the Park West Apartments, 10th and Anderson, in Coos Bay. For information, those interested can call 267-4148, 888-2682 or 267-3443. 

A Stable and Free Eternally meeting will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the North Bend Church of God, 1067 Newmark St. Meetings are open to those who are experiencing any type of addictive behavior. For more information, those interested can call 756-6289 or 888-0401.
