Article:	Roseburg VA to host open house The Roseburg VA Healthcare System Outpatient Mental Health Clinic will have an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 17, in building 2. Executive staff will be present from 10 to 11 a.m. for an informal welcome. Veterans, their families and the public can come for refreshments and a tour of the expanded clinic.
