Museums, galleries host shows by local, regional artists

Myrtle Point Watercolor artist Terry Magill will host an open house for the grand opening of the “Many Hands Art Studio and Gallery” from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, at the gallery, 1994 Roseburg Road, next to the veterinary clinic in Myrtle Point. The title “Many Hands” was chosen because many different hands worked to renovate the old Saw Shop/Food Bank building on the south end of Myrtle Point, according to a press release. Magill has been working with friends most of the summer cleaning and restoring the old concrete building.
