Week of Nov. 4-8

Bread

Challah — A soft sweet bread with a slightly yellow color due to egg yolk in the dough. 24 ounces, $3.

Whole Wheat Raisin Bread — A whole wheat bread with raisins mixed in the dough. 24 ounces, $3.

Dessert

Panna Cotta — A light creamy desert with the texture of yogurt. Nine 5-ounce cups, $15.

Week of Nov. 12-16

Bread

Lemon Craquelin — A sweet dough with the hint of lemon and pockets of melted sugar. 15 ounces, $4.

Multigrain bread — Whole wheat bread with sunflower seeds and oats.  24 ounces, $3.

Dessert

Apple Tart — 9-inch. Apples, brown sugar and cinnamon filling this wonderful short pie. $15.

Week of Nov. 19-21

Bread

Croissants — The name says it all, layer upon layer of buttery goodness. $1 each 4-ounces, or 12 for $10.

Soft Rolls — Light crust and a nice golden brown top. Two ounces each 5 for $2.50, or 12 for $10.

Whole Wheat Cranberry Walnut — A well fermented whole wheat bread with dried cranberries and walnuts mixed in to the dough. 24 ounces, $3.

(Note: The pickup for the orders Nov. 19-21 will be on Wednesday, Nov. 21 from noon to 5:30 p.m so you may enjoy your fresh baked breads with Thanksgiving dinner. He will not be doing desserts but you are more than welcome to order from the baking and pastry club who will be selling pies.)
