Singing comedians raise funds for Relay for Life

The comedy music group “Free Range Chix” will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Egyptian Theatre in downtown Coos Bay. The event is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society 2008 Relay For Life of Coos Bay/North Bend.
The Chix are described as a group of dynamic, daring, irreverent divas who will enlighten and entertain, according to a press release. Original songs include “Menopause,” “Warrior Babe” and “Classical Spam.” The four-woman group is based out of Corvallis.
Tickets cost $10 and are available at the Egyptian prior to the show.
