A Coos Bay-area business helped recently in raising money for cancer research.

Workers at the Human Bean drive-through in Bunker Hill donated profits from the store's sales on Oct. 26 to the Bay Area Health Foundation Cancer Program. The fundraiser also coincided with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Human Bean Owner Jessica Randle said she hoped to raise $2,000 for the local program. - World Photo by Lou Sennick
