• George V. Eisele, 53, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 13, 2007, of felony delivery of amphetamine and ordered to pay $580 in fines and sentenced to two years of probation.

• Sandra E. Hamrick ,44, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 13, 2007, of felony delivery of amphetamine and sentenced to 20 days in jail, 150 hours of community service and two years probation.

• Timothy J. Amsbary, 47, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 13, 2007, of felony delivery of amphetamine and two counts felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $ 1160  in fines and sentenced to 36 days in jail and two years probation.

• Timothy M. Paige, 47, of Coos Bay, was convicted on June 25, 2007, of felony possession of marijuana and ordered to pay $ 727 in fines and sentenced to eight days in jail and 18 months of probation.

• John P. Harless, 46, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 24, 2007, of two counts of misdemeanor assualt-4, two counts of misdemeanor menacing, ordered to pay $3752 in fines and sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation.

• Cassie G. Littles, 22, of Coos Bay, was convicted on July 16, 2007, of felony burglary and ordered to pay $110 in fines and sentenced to two years probation.

• Stephen R. Miles, 33, of Portland, was convicted on Aug. 23, 2007, of  misdemeanor DUII and ordered to pay $601 in fines and sentenced to 10 days in jail and two years probation.

• David M. Schafer, 28, of North Bend, was convicted on Aug. 27, 2007, of felony tampering with drug records and ordered to pay $667 in fines and sentenced to eight days in jail and 18 months of probation.

• Frank C. Sutliffe, 75, of Albany, was convicted on July 16, 2007, of felony attempt to elude police and ordered to pay $1500 in fines and sentenced to 18 months probation.

• Gary S. Dasher, 25, of Crescent City, Calif., was convicted on July 16, 2007, of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $727 in fines and sentenced to eight days in jail and 18 months probation.

• Derrick E. Ferren, 43, address unknown, was convicted on June 11, 2007 of felony arson-1 and sentenced to 18 months state prison and three years probation.

• Stephen E. Schaff, 40, of North Bend, was convicted on April 23, 2007, of felony sexual abuse-1 and ordered to pay $787 in fines and sentenced to 13 months in state prison and two years probation.

• Kevin M. Larsen, 25, of Coos Bay, was convicted on July 30, 2007, of two counts of felony identity theft and two counts of felony theft-1 and ordered to pay $407 in fines and $2636 in restitution and sentenced to 36 months probation and eight days in jail.

• Johnnie L. Cantrell, 47, address unknown, was convicted on Dec. 15, 2006, of three counts of misdemeanor contempt of court and ordered to pay $281 in fines and sentenced to six months in jail and 36 months probation.

• Brandon W. Rhodes, 23, of Coos Bay, was convicted on June 19, 2006, of misdemeanor reckless endangerment of another and ordered to pay $627 in fines and sentenced to 10 days in jail and six months probation.

• Teresa M. Price, 45, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Jan. 4, 2007, of misdemeanor DUII and ordered to pay $1784 in fines and sentenced to two days in jail and 24 months probation.

• Patrick R. Miller, 38, of Broadbent, was convicted on Aug. 17, 2007, of felony aggravated theft/1st degree and ordered to pay $30,450 in restitution and sentenced to 24 months probation and 20 days in jail.

•  Steven Houts, 37, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Sept. 4, 2007, of misdemeanor theft-2 and ordered to pay $1207 in fines.

• Rodney P. Yeiter II, 19, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 3, 2007, of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $727 in fines and sentenced to 18 months probation, 8 days in jail and 6 months suspension of drivers license.

• Derek M. Easton, 39, of North Bend, was convicted on Sept. 4, 2007, of two counts of felony delivery of amphetamine and ordered to pay $1580 in fines and sentenced to 24 months probation, 20 days in jail and 6 months suspension of drivers license.

• Robert N. Briggs, 48, of Coquille, was convicted on Aug. 6, 2007, of two counts of felony delivery of amphetamine and one count of felony possession of amphetamine and was ordered to pay $430 in fines and sentenced to 42 months probation and 20 days in jail.

• Jeffrey R. Lindenmeyer, 44, of Port Orford, was convicted on Aug. 6, 2007, of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $643 in fines and sentenced to 18 months probation and 8 days in jail.

• Walter D. Jolley, 34, of Coos Bay, was convicted on March 6, 2007, of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $787 in fines and sentenced to 18 months probation and 6 months suspension of drivers license.

• Andrew G. Solomon, 23, of Springfield, was convicted on April 24, 2007, of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $733 in fines and sentenced to 90 days in jail and 36 months probation.

• Theresa M. Price, 46, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Jan. 4, 2007, of misdemeanor DUII and was ordered to pay $1157 in fines and sentenced to 2 days in jail, 24 months probation and 12 months suspension of drivers license.

• Andrew G. Solomon, 23, of Springfield, was convicted on April 12, 2007, of misdemeanor theft-2 and ordered to pay $667 in fines and sentenced to 15 days in jail and 36 months probation.

• Katherine S. Walton, 45, of Coquille, was convicted on Sept. 11, 2007, of felony filing false health care claim, felony theft-1 and felony unlawfully obtaining public assistance and was ordered to pay $460 in fines and $8,385 in restitution and sentenced to 36 months probation and 30 days in jail.

• John M. Langley, 23, of Lakeside, was convicted on Sept. 14, 2007, of felony unauthorized use of a vehicle and was ordered to pay $457 in fines and sentenced to 8 days in jail, 24 months probation and drivers license suspended for 12 months.

• Patrick R. Miller, 38, of Broadbent, was convicetd on Aug. 17, 2007, of felony aggravated theft in the 1st degree and was ordered to pay $30,450 in restitution and sentenced to 24 months of probation and 20 days in jail.

• Steven Houts, 36, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Sept. 4, 2007, of misdemeanor theft-2 and ordered to pay $1207 in fines.

• Rodney P. Yeiter II, 19, of Coos Bay, was convicted on Aug. 3, 2007 of felony possession of amphetamine and ordered to pay $567 in fines and sentenced to 18 months probation, 8 days in jail and drivers license suspended for 6 months.

• Daniel R. Coughlin: On June 28, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony criminal mistreatment and felony theft-1.

• Donald W. Gilliam: On May 23, 2007, the court dismissed charges of two counts of felony possession of amphetamine and felony delivery of amphetamine.

• Sandra E. Hamrick: On July 27, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony conspiracy to deliver amphetamine.

• Timothy J. Amsbary: On Aug. 1, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony conspire to deliver amphetamine and two counts of felony delivery of amphetamine.

• Timothy M. Paige: On June 11, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony manufacturing marijuana.

• John P. Harless: On Aug. 24, 2007, the court dismissed charges of four counts of felony assault-1, three counts of felony unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor strangulation and felony burglary.

• Stephen R. Miles: On July 30, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony attempting to elude police in a vehicle.

• David M. Schafer: On Aug. 13, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony identity theft.

• Frank C. Sutliffe: On July 16, 2007, the court dismissed charges of misdemeanor resisting arrest.

• Derrick E. Ferren: On June 6, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony arson-1.

• Stephen E. Schaff: On April 20, 2008, the court dismissed charges of three counts of felony sexual abuse-3 and one count of felony sexual abuse-1.

• Kevin M. Larsen: On June 18, 2007, the court dismissed charges of four counts of misdemeanor forgery-2, two counts of felony identity theft, eight counts of misdemeanor theft-2 and five counts of misdemeanor possession of instruments of forgery.

• Johnnie L. Cantrell: On Dec. 14, 2006, the court dismissed charges of seven counts of misdemeanor contempt of court.

• Brandon W. Rhodes: On June 19, 2006, the court dismissed charges of misdemeanor criminal trespassing, misdemeanor criminal mischief and misdemeanor menacing.

• Derek M. Easton: On Aug. 6, 2006, the court dismissed charges of three counts of felony possession of amphetamine, felony delivery of amphetamine and felony conspiracy to deliver amphetamine.

• Walter D. Jolley: On March 6, 2007, the court dismissed charges of misdemeanor DWS.

• Andrew G. Solomon: On April 10, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony theft-1.

• Katherine S. Walton: On  Aug. 8, 2007, the court dismissed charges of six counts of felony theft-1 and six counts of felony filling a false health care claim.

• John M. Langley: On Sept. 10, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony theft-1.

• Patrick R. Miller: On July 31, 2007, the court dismissed charges of felony aggravated theft in the 1st degree and felony burglary-1.

All these clowns possess the qualities and personality traits that would make them excellent lawmakers in Salem. They have more integrity than our current crop of lawmakers, including Roblan/Verger, and would reduce the chaos in Salem.
