Community cooking classes at OCCI

Community members interested in Thai cooking, gourmet cooking and making Christmas candy will have the opportunity to learn some new tricks this fall.
Each two-part workshop will be taught by an OCCI chef instructor and consist of six hours of hands-on professional training.
In order to participate, students must be at least 16 years old or attend with an adult. Each session is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. at OCCI.
Thai cooking: Learn to cook authentic Thai food. Sessions are scheduled Oct. 16 and 23.
Intro to gourmet cooking: Sessions are scheduled Oct. 30 and Nov. 6, and
In the Christmas candy class, participants will learn to make fun and festive holiday treats.
This class is scheduled Nov. 26 and Dec. 3.
Pre-registration is required. The cost of each two-part workshop is $100.
