Two different NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competitions are planned this weekend and next weekend on the South Coast.

The Boys & Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon is coordinating an event at Marshfield High School on Sunday.

Registration starts at noon at the stadium and the competition begins at 1 p.m.

NFL Punt, Pass & Kick is a free program and open to all boys and girls who are ages 8 through 15 on Dec. 31 this year.

Youths will compete in four age groups — 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15.

All local winners advance to the sectional competition.

The Coquille Fire Department will hold an NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competition on Sunday, Sept. 16, at the Coquille High School football field.

Entry forms and waivers can be picked up at Coquille schools or the Coquille Fire Department.
