Local accounting firm hires new staff member

The North Bend Office of Hough, MacAdam & Wartnik LLC, a certified public accounting firm, has hired Shawn Eichner as a staff accountant. Eichner, who was born and raised in the Eugene area, is a 2007 graduate of Oregon State University, where he earned his degree in business accounting and finance, with a minor in healthcare administration.
During his free time, Eichner enjoys hiking, fishing and most outdoor activities. He will begin studying for his CPA license and said he looks forward to becoming a certified public accountant by next year.
