Coos Bay garden tour
This year's eighth-annual Town and Country Garden Tour features six gardens near the shores of Coos Bay.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4, along the East Bay Drive greater area.
The tour will feature gardens from works in progress to very mature plantings.
Tickets are on sale at Coos Bay Grange and Coos Bay Farr's Hardware. Proceeds support the Coos Bay Garden Club's annual $1,000 Marshfield High School scholarship.
