Cindy Huddleston, a real estate broker at Century 21 Best Realty in Coos Bay for three and a half years, is now the branch manager-broker for John L. Scott Real Estate in the new Lighthouse Estates subdivision at 873 Kentucky Ave. in Coos Bay.

Huddleston keeps daily office hours at the subdivision, a development by Mike Gaudette and Dan Gaudette, of Qualegrity Construction, Inc., in partnership with Frank Gaudette of Kimco Partners, Ltd.

John L. Scott Coos Bay is a branch office of John L. Scott Sandy, which has been in existence for more than 75 years.

While working at Century 21, Huddleston was a $4 million producer and won the Century 21 Emerald Award in 2005.

Huddleston and John L. Scott will host a business after-hours and open house at Lighthouse Estates from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25. The event will be co-hosted by the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and NW Natural.
