Commencement exercises for Reedsport Junior/Senior High School's 55 graduating seniors begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, at Reedsport Junior/Senior High School, 2260 Longwood Drive. The speaker will be Ron Frakes.

Baccaluareate service will be held at 7 p.m on Wednesday, June 6, at Pacific Auditorium, Reedsport Junior/Senior High School.

Valedictorians are Zachary Chan and Patrick Harris. Justin Fulps is the salutatorian.

Zachary Chan is the son of Loi and Jean Chan of Reedsport. He has been involved in National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America and served as senior class president and technology coordinator.

Zachary plans to attend the University of Washington to earn a degree in chemical engineering.

Patrick Harris is the son of Dale Harris and Michelle Petrofes of Reedsport. Patrick has been involved in varsity sports, including football, basketball and track, as well as participating in Knowledge Bowl, student government and National Honor Society. Patrick plans to attend Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon.

Justin Fulps is the son of Lynn and Tina Fulps of Reedsport. He has been involved in varsity sports including football, basketball and baseball, as well as participating in FBLA and Mr. RHS. Justin plans to attend Oregon State University, and possibly study abroad for at least one year.
