Following are some of the Easter egg hunts scheduled in the area.

Coos Bay

Easter Egg Hunt

The Elks Lodge Easter Egg Hunt will be held at Mingus Park at 11 a.m. on Saturday April 7. Age groups include 1 to 3; 4 to 6; and 7 to 10 years old. For more information, those interested can call 269-2760.

Coquille

Easter Egg Hunt

The Coquille Rotary Club will host the annual Easter Egg Hunt at 1 p.m., on Saturday, April 7, at Coquille High School, 499 W. Central Ave. Children up to 10 are invited to participate in hunting for the candy-filled eggs. Ice cream and prizes also will be available.

Elks holds Easter egg hunt and brunch

The Coquille Valley Elks Lodge will be holding its annual Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. on Sunday, at the Lodge, 54942 Maple Heights Road, in Coquille. Easter brunch will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the dining area, prior to the egg hunt. Adults cost $10, $5 for children six to 11 and free for those five years or younger.

Annual Easter egg hunt

At 1 p.m., on Sunday, April 8, the Gardiner-Reedsport Lions Club and the Winchester Bay Merchants Association will host an annual Easter egg hunt at Jim Barrone Park, next to Highland Elementary School in Reedsport.

Eggs and prizes are provided by the Lions Club and Winchester Bay Merchants Association.

Bandon

Easter egg hunt

The annual Lions Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 1 p.m. on Easter afternoon, Sunday, April 8, in the Bandon City Park. For more information, those interested can call Johauna Hennick at 347-9464.
