With the help of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, a ribbon was cut at the new Sweets Bouquet inside Pony Village Mall on Tuesday afternoon. The new candy store has bouquets of candy and other sweets ready to be eaten by sweet tooths. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. During the grand opening, people were treated to sandwiches, candied apples and cake, plus lots of others delicious candy and treats to taste and purchase. Attending the grand opening ceremony were family and friends of the owners, Heather Bock and mother, Debbie Dugan. Also helping to cut the ribbon with the ambassadors were Kirsten Bock, 7; Cameron Bock, 2; Chloe Bock, 2; and Devon Ross, 3.
