Loading logs
Saturday, March 24, 2007 12:10 PM PDT

Logs move in and out of Coos Bay almost as often as the tides. Logs are being loaded at Ocean Terminals in North Bend on a barge that arrived March 16 to offload logs at the Georgia-Pacific mill in Bunker Hill. Half of the load was to be alder logs to be delivered to Port Angeles, Wash., and the other half, cedar logs, was going to Rainier, Wash.
