A lesson in music history

Music students from Southwestern perform at Hillcrest Elementary School on Tuesday afternoon. The Kinder Konzert sponsored by the Oregon Coast Music Association is performed at seven local elementary and middle schools this week. Concerts will also be played at the Boys & Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon and the North Bend Library at a later date. The musicians provide a continuing narrative through out the concert teaching student the evolution of music as it is played.
