Born into a family of professional Russian musicians, Moutouzkine won the St. Petersburg International Piano Competition at the age of 14. In 2003, he received his master's degree of music in piano performance from the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied under full scholarship with Dr. Solomon Mikowsky.

Recent performance activities include a chamber music concert with members of the Dallas Symphony, a concert tour throughout Spain and the Canary Islands, a CD recording at the Spanish National Classical Radio Station and a Vienna debut recital at the Cervantes Institute.

His performances frequently include famous masterpieces by Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Strauss, Chopin, Scarlatti, Paganini, Liszt among others.

All shows in the Coos County Community Concert Association series will be at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Marshfield High School in Coos Bay.

Remaining tickets for the performance are available to season ticket holders for $15. Tickets for the entire season still are available at $45 for adults and $25 for students. A limited number of tickets for individual concerts will be available for $20 at the door.
