Seafood festival draws a crowd

Mel Campbell leads Seafood Festival Queen Jodi Hill, left, and youngsters around the festival grounds Saturday morning in a short parade to the stage area. For many of the 17 years of the festival in the Charleston Marina, Hill has been the queen of the event. When they finished marching around the grounds, they went on stage and helped with a community sing-along of patriotic songs. The festival continued through Sunday in the small boat marina in Charleston with food, merchant booths and displays.
