Several South Coast bowlers took home awards during the recent State Games of Oregon.

Megan Mobbley of Reedsport was the only gold-medal winner, taking gold in both the handicap and scratch divisions for the 12-14 age group. Jessica Parker of Reedsport was second and Danielle McNally of North Bend third in the handicap division.

Kitty Russell of Coos Bay won a bronze in the women's 65-and-over scratch division, while Virgil Pekoc of North Bend took bronze in the scratch division of the same age group.

Cameron Hartley of North Bend took bronze and Taylor McKinnon of Coos Bay silver in the boys 8-and-under handicap division. Jayse Morgan of North Bend received the silver in the boys 9-11 handicap division.

In the boys 15-and-over age group, Dan Hartman of North Bend won silver in the scratch division and Ronnie Silva of Coos Bay took bronze in the handicap division.
