The state labor commissioner and two local legislators will sponsor a quality jobs forum will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, at the North Bend Public Library, 1800 Sherman Ave.

State Labor Comissioner Dan Gardner, Sen. Joanne Verger, D- Coos Bay, and Rep. Arnie Roblan, D- Coos Bay, will host the forum. The primary subject of discussion will be changes in the local economy and strategies to both retain and create family wage jobs on the Oregon Coast and throughout the state.
