If you look good you feel good, or so it would seem as the stylish Jacob takes a walk with owner Troy Anderson on Wednesday, through the University of Oregon campus in Eugene. Anderson said he put the coat on Jacob to cope with the recent cold weather. The sunglasses finish off the look nicely.
