AARP offers tax help

The AARP is offering free tax assistance to workers of all ages with low and moderate incomes.
Volunteer tax-aides will be providing assistance during February and until April 17.
To get free tax help and e-filing, bring photo ID, your 2004 tax return and 2005 tax documents, to any tax-aide site.
The tax aides are managed and audited by the IRS:
Sites are located at:
€ Coos Bay-Empire District - Sterling Bank, 150 S. Wall St., Wednesdays, from noon to 3 p.m.
€ North Bend - North Bend Senior Center, 1470 Airport Lane, Monday through Saturday, from 9 to 11 a.m.
€ North Bend - Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 2250 16th Street. Tuesday, from 1 to 6 p.m. and Wednesday from 1 to 5:30 p.m.
€ Lakeside - Lakeside City Hall, 915 N. Lake Road, Thursdays, from 1 to 3 p.m.
