  • Fred Meyer Pharmacy, 1020 First St., Coos Bay;

  • Rite Aid Pharmacy, 2040 Broadway St., North Bend, and 187 S. Second St., Coos Bay;

  • Safeway Pharmacy, 1735 Virginia Ave., North Bend; 230 Johnson Ave., Coos Bay; and 3 E. First St., Coquille;

  • Wal-Mart Pharmacy, 1900 Woodland Drive, Coos Bay, and 2051 Newmark Ave., in Coos Bay;

  • Tiffany’s Drug Store, 44 Michigan Ave. N.E., Bandon;

  • Coos County Health Department, 1975 McPherson, North Bend;

  • Bay Area Hospital Pharmacy, 1775 Thompson Road, Coos Bay;

  • Shindlers Drug Store, 215 10th St. S.E., Bandon;

  • Coos Bay City Hall, 500 Central Ave.;

  • North Bend City Hall, 835 California St.;
