I have high hopes for Rod to be fire chief in place of Ted. He has the education and background. Please go off of the Lakeside board and be full fledged with the Fire dept. I would love to join if that was the case.

Wait a minute...

SHE shot HIM... and HE goes to jail?

Sounds to me like if he REALLY wanted in - that one bullet wouldn't have made any difference. Before you start jumping on the lynch mob - maybe he just came back for his stuff - I know I would have!

Typical Coos County drama - and the gossip that destroys lives.

Try this - if you weren't there - it's really not appropriate to form an opinion. Again, were you there? Do you know FIRST HAND what happened by your OWN EYES?

Didn't think so.

This is a good back ground for a chief and this is just 1 thing that he has on his record and 1 county there are 4 other counties that he has charges in and it pretty sad that the boards last option was to put a felon as chief.Rod if you dont like what lakeside people do then you need to go back to California. we got along great with out you. you got your nose in to many things that you dont know about. BYE BYE SEE YA

Real Deal wrote on Feb 15, 2009 9:52 AM:

Here we go! This is the Fire Chief for Lakeside Fire. A convicted Felon that this Fire Board backs totally. He needs to go along with the entire board. This is only the beginning.More investigative reporting needs to be done by the world now! Anyone supporting this convict and board needs to leave town.
